We ship to all locations within the United States.
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Upon receiving payment, orders are typically dispatched in one business day. Bulk orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, while smaller orders may be sent through USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times vary, but in over 90% of cases within the United States, it takes approximately 4-7 business days. The actual delivery duration depends on your proximity to our New York office.
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

To return a product, submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Once approved, you have 5 business days to ship it back in its original condition. You cover return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping. For shipping damage, please provide a photo of the item. Refunds are processed within 6 business days of receiving the returned item.
Here are the three most probable reasons for the transaction not being completed:
1. Incorrect Billing Address: The billing address you provided for the credit card was wrong. The correct billing address should match the address where you receive your credit card statement or the address stated on your paperless statement.
2. Wrong Security Code: The security code you entered was incorrect. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, it is the 3-digit number located on the back of the credit card, following the 16-digit card number. For American Express, it is the 4-digit number on the front of the card, to the far right.
3. Insufficient Funds: Your card may not have enough available balance to cover the transaction amount.
