What is the process for returning a product and getting a refund?

To return a product, submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Once approved, you have 5 business days to ship it back in its original condition. You cover return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping. For shipping damage, please provide a photo of the item. Refunds are processed within 6 business days of receiving the returned item.

Here are the three most probable reasons for the transaction not being completed:
Incorrect Billing Address: The billing address you provided for the credit card was wrong. The correct billing address should match the address where you receive your credit card statement or the address stated on your paperless statement.
Wrong Security Code: The security code you entered was incorrect. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, it is the 3-digit number located on the back of the credit card, following the 16-digit card number. For American Express, it is the 4-digit number on the front of the card, to the far right.
Insufficient Funds: Your card may not have enough available balance to cover the transaction amount.
