The Malaria P.f./P.v. Rapid Test (Whole Blood) is a quick immunoassay for detecting Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax antigens in whole blood.Principle:
This test uses a membrane coated with antibodies against HRP-II (P.f.) and pLDH (P.v.). When blood is applied, antigens—if present—bind to these antibodies, forming visible lines at the P.f. and/or P.v. regions. A control line confirms proper sample flow and test validity.Box Includes:
